During the session we'll cleanse and numb the area, then use the plasma pen to create micro‑trauma points. Procedure takes about 30–60 minutes. You'll feel brief discomfort, followed by visible tightening and a small crusting phase during healing.
Most clients tolerate the procedure well. We apply topical anesthetic before treatment to minimize discomfort. You may feel heat or stinging during application, but sensations are temporary and manageable. Aftercare helps reduce irritation and speed recovery.
Initial tightening and smoother texture can appear within a week, as swelling subsides. Collagen remodeling continues over 6–12 weeks, with optimal improvement often visible by three months. Individual healing and skin condition affect timing and final results.
Common temporary effects include redness, swelling, small carbon crusts, and mild sensitivity. Crusts typically fall off within 5–10 days. Rare risks include infection or pigment changes; following aftercare and sunscreen guidance greatly lowers complications.
Many clients see significant improvement after a single session, but deeper lines or laxity may require one additional touch-up at 8–12 weeks. Your practitioner will assess skin and recommend a personalized plan during consultation.
Keep the area clean, avoid picking crusts, apply the provided post-procedure serum twice daily, and use broad-spectrum sunscreen after healing. Avoid heavy exercise, pools, and direct sun for at least two weeks. Attend follow-up as instructed.
